How we work

A process built for US product teams

From first call to production in clear, low-risk steps. You get a technical roadmap within 48 hours, judge us on a working pilot, and see shipped software every week after that.

The process

Five steps from idea to production

Each step ends with something concrete in your hands, so you can decide to continue with full information.

  1. Step 0130 min

    Discovery call

We learn the business goal, constraints and what success looks like. NDA available before we talk details.

  2. Step 0248 hours

    Technical roadmap

You receive architecture, milestones, risks and a fixed-scope proposal. No obligation.

  3. Step 031–2 weeks

    Pilot sprint

A working slice on your data and infrastructure, so you judge us on shipped software, not slides.

  4. Step 04Weekly demos

    Build & ship

Weekly demos, written updates and staging you can click. Production releases behind CI/CD and tests.

  5. Step 05Ongoing

    Run & scale

Monitoring, cost tuning and new features as a long-term engineering partner.

Engagement models

Start small, scale when it works

The lowest-risk way to start is a fixed-scope pilot. There are no long-term contracts on any model.

  • Option 01

    Fixed-scope pilot

A 1–2 week sprint with a fixed price that delivers a working slice. The lowest-risk way to start.

Best for Validating an AI idea

  • Option 02

    Product build

Milestone-based delivery of an MVP or new product line with a dedicated senior team.

Best for New products and MVPs

  • Option 03

    Engineering partner

Monthly retainer for ongoing development, AI features and infrastructure.

    Best for Scaling teams

Our commitments

What every engagement includes

  • You own 100% of the IP

Code lives in your repositories and cloud accounts from the first commit.

  • NDA before kickoff

Mutual NDA on request before you share anything sensitive.

  • US business-hours overlap

Daily overlap with Eastern and Pacific time for calls, reviews and incident response.

  • Weekly demos

Working software every week, not status reports. Cancel any time with no lock-in.

  • Senior engineers only

The people on the discovery call are the people writing your code.

  • Security by default

Least-privilege IAM, secrets management, MFA and audit logs as standard practice.

Communication & time zones

Working together feels like one team

Engineering team in Surat, India, working US hours. A different time zone does not mean hard to reach: these are the defaults on every project.

  • Real-time overlap

4+ hours of daily overlap with US Eastern and Pacific time, for calls, code reviews and incident response.

  • Weekly demos

Every week you see working software on a staging environment you can click through, not a slide deck.

  • Your channels

We join your Slack or Microsoft Teams workspace and your issue tracker, so there is no extra tool to check.

  • Written updates

A short weekly summary of what shipped, what is next and any risks, written for both engineers and stakeholders.

  • Clear US English

Specs, pull requests, documentation and meetings in plain, direct US English with no translation layer.

  • Reply within 1 business day

Questions get answers fast during the week, and production incidents are handled as the top priority.

Security & IP

Your code, your cloud, your IP

We are set up so you never depend on us to access what you paid for.

  • NDA before kickoff

We sign a mutual NDA on request before you share anything sensitive, including on the first call.

  • IP assignment

Our contract assigns all code, designs and documentation to you. You own 100% of the IP from the first commit.

  • Your repos, your cloud

We work inside your GitHub or GitLab organization and your AWS or other cloud accounts. Nothing is hosted on our side.

  • Least-privilege access

Scoped IAM roles, MFA on every account and secrets in a manager, never in code. Access is removed the day it is no longer needed.

FAQ

Process questions, answered

Straight answers about contracts, time zones, pilots and ownership.

What kind of contract do you use?

A standard services agreement with a statement of work for each phase. Pilots and milestone builds have a fixed scope and price agreed before work starts; ongoing partnerships run on a monthly retainer. There is no long-term lock-in, and the contract assigns all IP to you.

How do you handle US time zones?

We commit to 4+ hours of daily overlap with US Eastern and Pacific time. Calls, code reviews and incident response happen inside that window, and written updates keep everyone aligned between calls. We reply to messages within 1 business day.

How does a pilot sprint work?

A pilot is a 1 to 2 week, fixed-price sprint that delivers a working slice of your product on your data and infrastructure. At the end you have running software, a clear view of the architecture and an honest estimate for the full build, with no obligation to continue.

Who owns the code?

You do. Work happens in your repositories and cloud accounts from the first commit, and the contract assigns 100% of the code and intellectual property to you. If we part ways, there is nothing to hand over because you already have everything.

What happens after launch?

You choose. We can stay on as your engineering partner on a monthly retainer for monitoring, cost tuning, fixes and new features, or hand the system over to your in-house team with documentation and a structured handover.
